We’re also ready to host after-school clubs, Pilates sessions, and community groups seeking a comfortable, well-equipped space.

Conditions of Hire (applies to all spaces):

  • All space bookings include an additional hour for setting up and clearing up (30 minutes each end). This is free of cost.
  • All space bookings attract an additional security deposit of £100 for occasional users. This security deposit will be returned at the discretion of the vicar/treasurer after consultation with the space keeper.
  • No other areas outside the church spaces are included in the hiring of the space, except where this is agreed in advance for an additional fee (particularly for the main space).
  • All functions are to finish by 10:00 p.m. at the latest. Clearing up must be completed by 11:00 p.m.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any of our buildings.
  • Anyone using the space are expected to abide by our Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and Adult policy. Please see our Safeguarding on display or check our website for additional. You will be required to sign a statement agreeing to this.
  • Users of our spaces may not indulge in any activity which would negatively affect the Mission of our Church.
